Teacher assistants need to answer these questions to the best of their ability. Teacher assistants should have been familiarized with how vocabulary was used in their classes.

Vocabulary

1. Describe the (vocab) program you used in your classes. Include the specifics for each class and list the class.

2. The SIP will include a vocabulary measure again for the 2008-2009 school year. What suggestions do you have to improve the instruction of vocabulary in class?

3. Should we expand the vocabulary measure to use in support center? Why or why not?

4. Including vocabulary, list two-three goals we could use in the SIP.

Vocabulary: In the current plan we have a mastery level listed at 85%. When data was collected and summarized the goal unintentionally was changed to 80%. Is it ok to change the SIP to 80%?
