Activities for students interested in German
My Personal Goals
My personal goals as a German teacher are to present the study of the German language and culture in a way that makes the language and study of it fun. This is not to say that we never do grammar. I am a bit of a grammar freak. Ask the students who have had me before. One thing that is unique to German is that since I am the only German teacher, I usually get to know my students quite well, and I feel fortunate to have that opportunity. I want to have an open line of communication with my parents as well as my students. If anyone should have a problem, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail, or ask questions in class.
Below is one of my favorite places in the world, the Chatham, Massachusetts lighthouse on Cape Cod.
